Pengaruh Penyaluran Dana Penanggulangan Pandemi Di Kota Kediri

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the transparency of Prodamas funds that were transferred to Covid-19 prevention funds. The benefit of this research is to identify the transparency of changes in the allocation of Prodamas funds that affect the distribution of Covid-19 assistance in the City of Kediri. The object of this research is 46 urban villages in the city of Kediri. This type of research is quantitative, because this research uses a questionnaire that will be distributed to all villages. The population of this research is the people of Kediri City. Questionnaires will be distributed directly by researchers to respondents. sample and google form, in this study the respondents were residents based on neighborhood associations in the Mojoroto Village. The result is that 85.7% of the variables for the distribution of covid-19 aid funds can be explained by the variables of understanding procedures, accuracy and transparency, and the magnitude of other variables that affect variable distribution of aid funds for covid-19 is 14.3%. 

Abstrak 

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengujian dan menganalisis transparansi dana Prodamas yang dialihkan menjadi dana penanggulangan Covid-19. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi transparansi perubahan alokasi dana Prodamas berpengaruh terhadap penyaluran bantuan Covid-19 di Kota Kediri. Objek penelitian ini adalah 46 kelurahan yang ada di Kota Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, karena penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner  yang akan didistribusikan ke seluruh kelurahan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Kediri. Kuesioner akan didistribusikan langsung oleh peneliti kepada  responden. sampel dan google form, dalam penelitian ini respondennya adalah  warga yang berbasis pada rukun tetangga di Kelurahan Mojoroto.Hasilnya bahwa 85,7% variabel penyaluran dana bantuan Covid-19 dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pemahaman prosedur, ketepatan dan transparanasi, dan besarnya variabel lain yang mempengaruhi variabel penyaluran dana bantuan Covid-19  sebesar 14,3%.
