Pengaruh Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease Of Use, Dan Percieved Risk Terhadap Kepuasan Dalam Menggunakan E-Money

The transaction process using e-money during the COVID-19 pandemic was felt by the public to be faster and easier. The development of the financial sector is one proof of the creation of various digital applications as a means of payment. Rapid technological developments gave birth to various kinds of payment instrument innovations, one of which is electronic money. To determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on satisfaction in the use of electronic money is the purpose of this study. The population of this study were 145 students in the D3 Accounting Study Program in the 1st semester of the State Polytechnic of Malang. Purposive sampling is the method used to determine the number of samples. From 145 student samples, 106 students were obtained. The autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity, and normality test are classical assumption tests conducted in this study. After testing, the conclusions that can be drawn are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk partially have a positive and significant influence on satisfaction in using e-money. Meanwhile, simultaneously the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk variables have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction in using electronic money.
Abstrak
Proses transaksi dengan menggunakan e-money pada saat pademi covid-19 terjadi dirasakan oleh masyarakat lebih cepat dan mudah. Perkembangan sektor keuangan adalah merupakan salah satu bukti terciptanya beragam aplikasi digital sebagai alat pembayaran. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat melahirkan berbagai macam inovasi alat pembayaran, salah satunya adalah elektronik money. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan perceived risk terhadap kepuasan dalam penggunaan elektronik money merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pada Program Studi D3 Akuntansi semester 1 Politeknik Negeri Malang sebanyak 145. Purposive sampling merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel. Dari 145 sampel mahasiswa diperoleh sebanyak 106 mahasiswa. Uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedasitas, multikolonieritas, dan uji normalitas merupakan uji asumsi klasik yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Setelah dilakukan pengujian maka kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah perceived usefulness, percieved ease of use, dan perceived risk secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dalam menggunakan e-money. Sedangkan secara simultan varibel perceived usefulness, percieved ease of use, dan perceived risk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dalam menggunakan elektronik money.
